When you shop with Cherrie Baby Boutique we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law and if you have any queries or questions regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale/discounted or personalised items unless they are faulty.

If you have purchased a FULL PRICED item from us that is an incorrect fit or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy for you to return item/s to us. 

Please download, print and complete the returns form and send this back with your item/s.

You can lodge and pay for your own return but we now offer easy returns with Australia Post - no labels, no printing, no problem!

Click HERE to submit your return for only $9.60. You will need your order number and email address to submit your return.

Print your label at home and lodge in a street posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post and they will print it for you. You will be emailed tracking details so you can check the progress of your return back to our warehouse.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date – we will not accept returns after this time

Please note we do not take responsibility for items that may be lost or damaged in transit.

Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a store credit via email you placed the order with OR a refund to your original payment method.

Please contact us asap if there is an issue with your order and if you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement if available, gift card or a full refund.
