With the opening of our second beautiful Cherrie Baby store at Reef Plaza in Cannonvale, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Inventory / Stock Controller to join our growing team.

As our Inventory / Stock Controller, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our stores and website run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for managing stock levels, uploading products to our website, receiving and organising deliveries, and supporting both our retail and e-commerce operations to ensure our customers always find what they’re looking for.

About the Position

• Receiving, checking, and processing incoming stock deliveries
• Creating spreadsheets of future incoming deliveries in Microsoft Excel
• Uploading stock to our website
• Maintaining accurate inventory records across in-store and online systems
• Organising and maintaining a clean, well-organised and efficient warehouse
• Speaking with suppliers regarding inventory and resolving any stock issues
• Conducting regular stocktakes and assisting with discrepancy resolution
• Supporting online order fulfilment and transfers between stores
• Assisting with new product launches and seasonal stock changes

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Shopify experience is a bonus but training will be provided
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
• Physically capable of handling stock and deliveries
• Thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in their work
