RETAIL ASSISTANT – IN-STORE – PROSERPINE
Casual, Tuesday – Saturday, approximately 34 hours per week.
Cherrie Baby has been a much-loved Proserpine store for nearly 15 years. We have proudly grown to become one of the best online stores in Australia for baby and kid’s too, with over 80 of the best brands for children available both in-store and on our website.
The Cherrie Baby team is hard-working, fun and friendly as well as being extremely supportive of each other while we work together towards common goals.
Customer service is where we shine and ensuring each and every one of our customers enjoys the Cherrie Baby shopping experience is our goal, whether they come to shop with us online or in-store.
The Retail Assistant for our Proserpine store is a dynamic and important role as you are the first face that our customers see when they walk through our front door. If you are suitable for this role:
· You will be friendly, well-presented, energetic and approachable. Being a great communicator, you will be willing to listen and assist our customers with their purchases.
· You love our store and our brands and are willing and enthusiastic to learn more about our products and increase your depth of knowledge.
· You have some experience in a retail environment
· You are organised and have good attention to detail.
· Your visual merchandising skills are strong and you love unpacking boxes of new arrivals and making them look beautiful in-store
· You are confident in using (or willing to learn to use, training will be provided) our Shopify POS system
· You love gift wrapping!
· You are a team player who will be adaptable when required and enjoy working in a team environment.
This is a casual Tuesday to Saturday position, approximately 34 hours per week Tuesday – Friday between 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-1pm, with the ability to become a permanent position.
