When I first heard the term "STEAM learning" in a conversation I had no idea what they were talking about. (May have smiled and pretended I knew exactly what they were on about though!). So for those of you (us 😊) who don't have any idea, here is the definition:

STEAM learning is an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.

Makes sense now right?! I think we get the gist of it anyway. And when buying a gift for a beloved child I'm all about it being fun as well as educational.
